The Firm handles a broad range of environmental law issues including matters arising under state and federal water quality, land quality, hazardous waste and air quality programs. Keith began his career representing the Department of Environmental Quality in the early 1990s and has practiced in the environmental law arena for over 20 years in private practice, handling matters in numerous areas around the West. Water quality permitting and compliance issues for facilities regulated under state environmental laws, WYPDES discharge permit issues, Clean Water Act issues, Safe Drinking Water Act and UIC injection and disposal issues and compliance matters.

Environmental permitting for project development and mining, including in-situ mining projects.

Industrial Siting matters arising on large projects regulated under the Wyoming Industrial Siting Act.
