Governmental and Regulatory Affairs

     

          In addition to legal representation, the Firm also offers governmental and regulatory affairs representation on natural resources, water, and environmental law issues.  With the Firm's close proximity to the Capitol, Keith is able to keep abreast of agency rulemaking activities and legislative bills and activities during the legislative session. Outside of the session, Keith also follows interim topics and attends legislative committee meetings around the state for clients when requested.
